Located directly on the water and every room had a balcony. 2 of the balconies face the water (living rm and master). It's a really prime spot on the beach and so beautiful. The big room is palatial, one room is tiny, and the other 2 are normally sized (roomy). The adult beds were comfortable. The double bunks crinkle due to the waterproof matress cover. We visited White Sands unit 425 from September 11th through September 20th, 2024. Upon arrival, we soon discovered the unit was not clean. The floors were dirty and looked like they had not been mopped in months. We purchased a wet Swiffer and started cleaning. We called Pensacola Beach Properties, and they sent someone over to mop. The curtains were stained with pet urine. This was brought to their attention as well, and we were told they needed to see what the owner is willing to do about it.
