We visited White Sands unit 425 from September 11th through September 20th, 2024. Upon arrival, we soon discovered the unit was not clean. The floors were dirty and looked like they had not been mopped in months. We purchased a wet Swiffer and started cleaning. We called Pensacola Beach Properties, and they sent someone over to mop. The curtains were stained with pet urine. This was brought to their attention as well, and we were told they needed to see what the owner is willing to do about it.
