The staff here is great Hannah is knowledgeable and professional. The front desk gals are great. The doctor on the other hand. He seems a bit dramatic when explaining my condition I’ve had for 20 years to me. He also was putting stuff in notes that I had to turn into another doctor that was unclear and honestly almost screwed me out of a job twice. While traveling through I lost a contact plunger that’s needed to remove my lenses. I stopped her hoping by they could sell me one. They didn’t have a price tag for them so ended up giving it to me for free! They were so nice and friendly. I wouldn’t be able to take my contacts out without this so I’m so grateful!
Dr Alex Baldwin is professional and very helpful. Today my total was almost twice what I expected, and the older woman at the front desk was VERY rude to me when I asked about a payment plan that they offer. Could be worth training her again on customer service, our interaction has left me confused. I have been coming here for 3 years, and this is the first time I have had a negative experience. So if you're poor, go blind I guess. That's what she would want.
