If I could post 0 stars I would!! I just called 6 times! No response!! No option to speak to live representative!! Typical!!!
I have been going to White Salmon Eye Care for many years for my glasses. Dr Baldwin and his staff are terrific. Always helpful and responsive to my needs. And they've always been spot on helping me pick my frames. We are fortunate to have them in the Gorge.
I used to go to an eye doctor in Hood River ... horrible communication ... communication pretty much non-existent. So, decided to give WS Eye care a try. AWESOME!!!! Friendly staff, comfortable environment, great doctor ... Highly recommend! Plus, if I can support businesses in White Salmon ... it's a bonus! I'm glad I gave them a try!
The staff here is great Hannah is knowledgeable and professional. The front desk gals are great. The doctor on the other hand. He seems a bit dramatic when explaining my condition I’ve had for 20 years to me. He also was putting stuff in notes that I had to turn into another doctor that was unclear and honestly almost screwed me out of a job twice.
