I had to put my ratties of 3 years down recently and the staff was extremely helpful and sincere throughout the whole process. Then, a few weeks after, I get a package in the mail from White Rock. In it are a card with handwritten condolences along with clay imprints of their feet and names. This is the sweetest thing they could have possibly done and it’s one more thing of theirs that I can cherish. Thank you so much and I will definitely be bringing my future fur babies to y’all!!! RIP Bonnie and Clyde!

If I could rate this office 1,000, I would! We brought our sweet lizard, Ruby in to see Dr. Turner. She was very ill. Dr Turner took such wonderful care of her. She was very knowledgeable about reptiles and we were very confident in her. Sadly, we lost Ruby a couple days later. Dr Turner called me to give her condolences and then, we received a beautiful card in the mail. What a wonderful group of professionals with such kind hearts! We have recently adopted 2 more lizards. We will be sure that Dr Turner is their provider.
