The caring and knowledgeable staff at White Rock are amazing! From the warm smiles that greeted us, to the techs who helped with our sweet Frannie's testings, to Dr. Todd who walked us through each step and option. It was a difficult time, yet we felt completely surrounded by their love, warmth and giving ways.
We took our pet rats of 2 years to be put down at White Rock...not only were they professional and courteous, but they were very compassionate and went above and beyond making it a bearable and almost heartwarming experience. We received our girls' paw print plaques in the mail yesterday and was touched yet again by their outpouring of compassion. This is definitely our new doctor of choice for all of our furry friends...Thank you!
They were very kind and sweet. We brought in a wild rabbit from our yard. They examined it and let us know the best options in rather to keep it or not. My young girls were very sad that we needed to let it go but they are helping us to find a new one.
