Great company, great management. The best and only place people should go to get their trusses.
The only good part of the whole experience was the response time on the quote and quick responding to emails. Ever since changing ownership and management it’s gone so far downhill. It took three tries to get floor trusses the right length even with blueprints, and even the third try they had five that were a few inches short but I just made them work to keep from dealing with them.
