We had most of our roof replaced by White Rock Roofing in December. No one WANTS to get a roof repaired or replaced, but when you have to have it, the process should go just like this! They responded to our inquiry immediately and were out to do a quote right after we made contact. Fantastic job, new roof, gutters, Lot of carpentry was needed and new metal. I am fussy, particular, and Jose and his team did a high quality job. Bit the key reason to choose Jose and WRR is that he’s an expert on claims and works extremely well with my insurance company. Jose got us $20k more than we expected.
I initially reached out to Jose for a simple gutter cleaning, based on a recommendation from a friend. Jose responded promptly and came out to assess our gutters with professionalism and care. During the inspection, he noticed some damage we hadn’t been aware of and suggested a small adjustment to prevent future water buildup. Jose at White Rock Roofing did a great job! We had some needed roof repair he was able to take care of on a steep part of our two story home that was a bit difficult to access. Jose was able to take pictures with a drone to confirm the damage, then access it to do all the necessary repairs. He even called me a couple weeks later to follow up and make sure I was still satisfied with the work! He did a great job, and I was impressed. Not to mention, he charged a very reasonable rate.
