I’ve been coming to them for years and had some bumps but never like this last visit. No phone call about my results. I get a phone call from a referral doctor before one from the doctor here at the clinic. Having to have another doctor out of their clinic read my results on their portal (in medical terminology) and explain them to me. Having the girls at the office straight out lie about making phone calls and leaving emails to cover their butts: Forgetting to do a test and pretty much saying “ops sorry”.
