My husband has been seen here multiple times. He was never notified that his HMO referral had expired. They continued seeing him and booking appointments without notifying him. Now we have a large bill to pay. I work in health care and have never heard of a specialist not notifying patients that their referral expired or contacting the pcp office directly.
