Short story: They mixed up patients and did not confirm identity before procedure. Very dangerous. I had one of the most disturbing and unacceptable experiences at this clinic, and I feel compelled to share it so others are aware of the risks. I’ve never left a negative review for a business. But feel this really warrants it. I have been going to this dentist my entire life. For the past 35 years. I put my trust in their expertise. But am super disappointed that over all the years I have had 4 metal fillings containing mercury in my mouth. These were completed by this clinic when I was a child, and I remember asking about the safety of these probably 8 years ago and was told they’re fine. If I can save someone else my same heartache, then this review will be worth it ! Initially, I was told by Dr. Rodgers that I needed 3 full crowns. He replaced the first one, on 23 & 28 Nov 2022. And everything went as expected. But then, I realized later on...that on the inner part of this crown, the root of my tooth was still exposed - which is why I still was experiencing extreme sensitivity for several weeks, even after it was done.
