Untrustworthy, disorganized and incompetent. Please do yourself a favour and go to a different dentist. I have been left in pain for almost a year by their negligence and received inaccurate quotes for every visit.
I’ve never left a negative review for a business. But feel this really warrants it. I have been going to this dentist my entire life. For the past 35 years. I put my trust in their expertise. But am super disappointed that over all the years I have had 4 metal fillings containing mercury in my mouth. These were completed by this clinic when I was a child, and I remember asking about the safety of these probably 8 years ago and was told they’re fine. If I can save someone else my same heartache, then this review will be worth it ! Initially, I was told by Dr. Rodgers that I needed 3 full crowns. He replaced the first one, on 23 & 28 Nov 2022. And everything went as expected. But then, I realized later on...that on the inner part of this crown, the root of my tooth was still exposed - which is why I still was experiencing extreme sensitivity for several weeks, even after it was done. Dr. Tang is fantastic. He's so down to earth and easy to talk to. You can tell he cares about his patients and enjoys what he does.
