My wife Rita was there from 07/15-07/29 on the 4th floor. All the nurses . On all shifts were commendable in their compassion, friendliness and acted at all times in a professional manner. kudos to all who made my wife's stay comfortable and made her feel important. Thank you so much. Her husband Tom appreciate you all. On 7/29 my wife unfortunately was transferred to ICU and for that 1 night the 2 nurses made my wife's last remaining time comfortable and gave her the dignity she deserved. Wonderful.
Literally the worst people to trust the security and safety of your family to. My mom was admitted for psychiatric reasons. I couldn't get any info on her current state of being other than possible schizophrenia. Then came to find out they let her leave in a taxi to a homeless shelter in Little Rock and now officially a missing person case has been filed to track her down. The people in charge here are completely incompetent and lack the basic common sense to care for anyone especially people with psychiatric issues. Update:... read more

The remarkable individuals I had the pleasure of them helping me with demonstrated an extraordinary level of care, attentiveness, and professionalism. They made me feel genuinely heard, deeply respected, and truly valued. Their unwavering commitment to understanding and meeting my needs created an experience that stands out as the most memorable and meaningful in all of my 84 years of life. Thank you so much to the nurses and doctors and the other staff at white river medical center for the great care.
I have been to this facility a few times in the past yrs and I always feel very well taken care of. The staff is caring ,thoughtful ,and respectful. The doctors are accurate, really understand and listen. Food was excellent and clothes plus toiletries were also provided for my cleanliness needs. Overall great experience and I was just in for a meds check. Very impressive also special thanks to the entire staff, outstanding team work. Thank you and God bless
