Our mom has Alzheimers. We had the intake visit and were told they had someone hired for mom's area, but she had to go through the "2" week training. Here it is almost a month later and we had to call to find out what was happening. My sister "D" was told the girl "backed out on them. They do not have anyone to for mom's area." After hearing this, I called mom's case manager (Love her). Next thing, "D" is getting a call saying they have someone and she'll be her at 9 am TODAY!! They magically found someone. Garbage company that doesn't care about your loved ones health or safety. If you want your loved one left alone with no back up or worse - dead - then call this company. If you actually care about your loved one and want them taken care of I suggest looking elsewhere.
My experience with this place was an absolute disappointment. Day one, they send a girl that has only been in the business for a “couple months” and did not show great confidence in her abilities. ( no problem I thought my other girls can train her) but, she had to leave 4 hrs into her 6 hr shift for a doctors appointment (on day 1)and the agency has no intention on sending a backup. The office staff, nurses and aids do a wonderful job caring for the elderly in White County. They really care...... not just a paycheck.
