They were very nice and respectful. They rolled and tied up the old pool and set it aside where we wanted it. We have a deck around part of the pool and I would have liked the pool wall a bit closer to the deck but I understood they needed room to work to attach the uprights, so I can live with this. We did have a small leak from the skimmer but a call to Ron fixed the problem. Overall I am very pleased with their service.

I bought my pool from knickerbocker before last pool season and after purchasing it they informed me they didn t actually install their pools but they had a list of installers (LOL) well that didn t work out very well and I was determined to get my pool installed this season! Ron was great and very knowledgeable, my pool is in and ready for the season despite the rain and the install was completed very quick and efficiently he even coordinated with the water hauler for me once I contracted them! Mr. White and his crew did such a great job. We had an old wood deck that they removed and replaced with a new composite one. They built an awning on top of the deck which is awesome!!! Love sitting out there now. His crew was very professional and courteous. I do want to add he built a ramp on the front of our house for a wheel chair to easily go in.
