After an initial meeting to understand the work required, a written proposal with multiple options was drawn up so we could easily understand what would be included (or not) at each price point. Malcolm was incredibly professional, from the initial communication to get a quote to the completion. He provided updates daily and did an impeccable job! He also went the extra mile to hang a light fixture, since he was up there with the big ladders. The cost was more than acceptable, and I am very confident in the quality of work and any follow up that may be needed. I cannot recommend him enough!
