The White-Pool house is the first house built and oldest surviving structure in Odessa, TX. It's a red brick Victorian farmhouse. We went on the free tour. We enjoyed learning about the White and Pool families and the history of the home and grounds. It's good for children to learn how people lived before modern day technologies were invented. A very beautiful house that is a part of Odessa's history. The ladies who give tours are very passionate about the history of the White-Pool house and sharing that with others. One of my best friends will be getting married there and not only is it a very beautiful place, but the cost was very reasonable. If you get a chance to go there you will not regret it!
