I have a very sick mother who resides in that water-damaged building, and it wasn't disclosed that the building had leaking pipes, which resulted in her losing everything she had. She has also complained that dog owners allow their dogs to urinate under the window, and she made it clear that she is allergic to dogs. She has been there for 2 and a half months and has been suffering; something needs to be done about this. Nothing gets noticed that is bad enough that something is going to be done about it Place needs some serious work done on the vents and duct work cause it is so plugged up you can't breathe. Even overhead vent fams have junk falling out of them. .

I have a grandmother that lives here an anytime she needs something done I contact the property manager Antoinette she gets right on things very professional and a great person that doesn't mind getting things done

Antoinette and her staff is very nice and welcoming. Since Antoinette has been managing the building there has been a lot of improvements made to the building and landscaping. Antoinette is very nice, warm welcoming. She is also stern and firm, which is needed for White Pond Villa.

Horrible. They have been battling bed bugs for like months. Not to mention it STINKS inside. The carpets are disgusting. There is a dangerous threshold between the bathroom and hall. It's a thin piece of marble that is CLEARLY a trip hazard. And, prevents people from riding their power chair in.
