I had never been here before. I made an apt bc I knew it was time for my precious Romeo to be put down. They made me an immediate appointment and the vet assured me I was making the right decision. They were very caring and quiet, and came to the lobby when it was over to tell me he went peacefully and without pain. They offered their condolences. I'm so glad I chose this office to say goodbye to my beloved dog.
Dr. Lee and his staff are outstanding! They were so great with our cat on his first visit to the vet!!! We highly recommend this place for vet care!!!
I love the care that the DRs have there for your pet. They even follow-up with a call the next day to see if your pet is soing better. Even the receptionist Claudia is so nice. Also, it's comforting to know in case of emergencies Dr. Lee may be reached on his cell #. I will definitely start bringing my other 2 dogs here.
We love Dr. Lee- he's so kind and always remembers us. He removed several teeth from our senior dachshund, and Pretzel is like a new pup! THhe procedure was only a few hours, he used the best techniques and explained everything to me. I also appreciate that he never "pushes" unnecessary meds or procedures esp for older pups like ours.
My dog Lacey has Addisons disease and Dr Lee have been taking care of her from day one. He treats her like family and there's no other Doctor I trust more with my dog. The level of compassion shows throughout everyone you come into contact in the office. I come all the way from Long Island to White Plains because like i said there's no one else I trust more. Thank you Dr Lee & your wonderful staff.
