Called and sounded like the staff lady was eating a sandwhich infront of a fan while im desperately looking for a primary care physician and asked er if they accept medicaid or fidelis? She reponds i dont see ....please hold......(fan blowing chit chat in the background while i can hear her chewing something) respond yes we take medicare i dont see fidelis what fidelis?? -_- i hung up if thats your front staff i can imagine the doctors. Nope i dodged that bullet.
