DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP(well actually you won't have to worry because all 3 of the dealerships this owner owns are going under). I Leased a brand new maxima first week in January paid for down payment, taxes, registration and dmv fees. Picked up car with temporary registration valid for 45 days. It is now March 22nd and NO registration. The owner of this dealership is a crook and has been in the news for scamming consumers for years(Stan Mankovsky). Illegally sold me a used car without obtaining title and lien release papers first from previous owner. Then, proceeded to registered the car to me with previous owners lien. Imaging my surprise when i receive title papers with "lien" on it for a car i paid in full. I spent the next 8 months chasing after them to correct the problem, only having to take care of it myself.

UNRELIABLE DEALERSHIP. Over two months have passed since I traded in my old vehicle and purchased a new one from White Plains Nissan. Was told by the finance manager Gracie Lobato that Nissan would make the payoff to Santander bank. She told me, "don't make your next payment, we will do it". For the next 6 weeks," Santander called me asking for their payment that Nissan was supposed to take care of!! I called Nissan constantly, complaining.
