worst place ever. gave me wrong lock code and when I called was told they will put in a ticket they don't have one. I lost 200 for a uhaul truck rental and my time of 40 minutes one way times 3 times. they refused a refund when even though I cant get into my unit. stay away from this place poor customer service
I’ve been using this place for a few years and I’ve never had an issue. Cheap price too.
The storage had a leak in it and destroyed the computer stored in it and they refuse to honor the protection plan without pictures but they locked the unit up after use so there are no pictures able to be used. Don’t sell units with leaky roofs.
