The lady I spoke with was pleasant. I had to call in because the website wasn’t functioning properly. I had to explain twice that I was looking for a quote, I was not a current renter. I choose White Pine because online it said keypad entry. I found out after I paid that I would need to provide my own padlock.

I wish I could change my date that my payments are to be made. My Social Security check is not available till 2nd Monday of the month. Other than that, I love my unit.

The staff has ALWAYS been nice and very helpful. I am satisfied with my units. I think I need a bigger one to replace my smaller one.

I am very pleased with the service I have received. Any questions I have had I received a quick reply, the automatic payment is very convenient also. I have never had any sort of issues on property.. The units are well kept, and very secure. The driveway is kept plowed and always a kind voice answering the phone. It is worth the money to store with White Pine Self Storage.

Clean and affordable. My first two months were discounted due to a special they were running. Getting into the unit was a struggle the first time, but with the help of staff that were easy to reach by phone, no further issues. Staff was kind and helped quickly. Would recommend.
