This is my rant: everyone says support locals when they don’t support us.. I made appointment month ago and told the lady that made my appointment that I drive from Sevier county ( where I work) to White pine. That I might be a few minutes late. She agreed and acted like she understood.. I was of course 15 minutes late cause of traffic and busy at work. I thought when you have problems with your eyes you call your eye doctor. Guess I was wrong. I called to see about getting an appointment to see Dr. Parks. When I told the receptionist why I need to see her, she put me on hold. "I get dizzy when i rub my eyes". Came back, told me I need to see my Primary doctor. I have and that doctor told me I need to see my eye doctor. My primary doctor didn't just brush me off. She did blood work. Maybe I need to see an eye doctor. Got to find me one now.
Dr. Parks is very thorough and informative, professional and upbeat.
