They have a 48 hour cancellation policy that does not account for possible covid exposure. So if you wake up day of or day before your appointment and cancel or reschedule and don't feel well they want you to come in to the tiny 4 person waiting area, then go sit in a room with no doors and let them work on your mouth while you breathe possible covid in their face. Always such a positive experience. I had years of residue from my past Invisalign adhesive that did not fully come off, and he instantly took time out of his schedule to meet me during my cleaning, to try what he could. He did it, and made sure I was happy with it before he stopped. I will be a permanent patient and recommend them to absolutely anyone.
I was recently a first time patient at White Pine Dental & had a very positive experience. I had a broken molar that needed to be crowned. I was able to get an appointment much faster than anticipated & was very thankful for that. The staff was excellent. Michelle made me feel welcome as soon as I entered the office. She had me fill out paperwork & worked with me on the financial end (very reasonable cost). Everyone at White Pine Dental was amazing. If you have dental anxiety, I highly recommend. They are very patient and kind. I’ll return with the whole family!!
