Edit: After the review, we were refunded the full amount. My daughter’s hair color came out really bad. I will attach same day appt photos & her inspiration photo. It didn’t look as bad at the top layer, although you can see it wasn’t completely covered and the roots were not touched. Once you lift the hair up, it’s a gasp, so gross. The owner said she contracts all the very talented stylists and can’t do anything about it…although we went to White Palm Salon so I would expect that she would have taken care of this.
