Cynthia is simply the best hair dresser I have ever been to! She is fun, outgoing and extremely talented! Cynthia has been doing my hair for 8ish years and she’s the best. I’d give her 10 stars if I could! Always advising me on what’s best for me at the time and doing a fantastic job! I know she’s also a busy mom outside the salon but she does such a great job at getting back to me quickly and making me feel like a priority. Can’t recommend her enough!

Cynthia is the BEST!! The salon is clean, calming and so welcoming. Cynthia has been doing my hair since high school and I don't trust anyone else! She always makes me look and feel my best. I wish I could give White Owl Salon more than 5 stars!!
