Levi was fantastic! He took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening, why it was happening, and exactly how he planned to resolve the issue. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and thorough he was, but more importantly, how well he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. This was my first time using White Out. They were very easy to schedule, showed up right on time and they gave me a full summary of what they found on my property. They even knocked down some wasp nests around my roofline that I wasn't expecting!
We bought a house recently & noticed damage that looked like it could be from termites as well as old dirt tunnels. We called Levi to ask for an inspection for termites as well as an estimate for treatment. Levi was able to come out the same day we called & took his time looking at the damage and inspecting the home. Levi advised that he saw no active infestation & it appeared to have already been treated by previous owner, they just didn't repair the damage.
