My daughter got her braces on and they were so helpful I would recommend
A missed opportunity on their part today. I expected to see either Dr. Hewitt or Dr. White for my initial Orthodontic Consultation, not a “substitute”, nor was I advised before my visit. Kim (Orthodontic Assistant) never acknowledged me/said hello when she came into the room to assist with photos of my teeth, nor at any point during the interaction. This Team is awesome!!! From the receptionist to the dentists. Today was my second visit in the center and they make you feel welcomed and makes your visit feel personable by trying to immediately put a name to a face. They teach the children independence by checking in their own visit. They are so friendly and knowledgeable on actions to take to better your smile!
