Buddy had his teeth cleaned and, he came out more handsome than before, no bad breath either. The doctors are knowledgeable and care about their patients. The entire staff is always helpful and friendly.

Thanks so much to the staff at White Oaks West - Our little dog was screaming in pain yesterday. We called and they fit Mokey in that day. They had curb side service and discovered a serious infection. She received one antibiotic shot, which is all she'll need, and some anti-inflammatory drugs to keep her comfortable while she heals. The drug was pre-measured in individual syringes. We can't thank you enough for remaining open and taking care of Mokey's infection. Absolutely incredible experience! Everyone here is amazing! They treated our kidden Sparkie George like family! Any questions we had no matter how silly - they answered them all and left us feeling comfortable and confident. We will keep coming back here and recommend them every time!! Over the years our family has been blessed with eleven cats. In that time we have come to know the amazing and caring people at White Oaks West Animal Hospital quite well. The doctors are incredibly compassionate and caring. Treatment plans are discussed in detail and every one of our questions is answered to our satisfaction. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our darling little Lulu yesterday. She was the sweetest girl who was Mom’s companion on her journey thru Alzheimer’s, my constant little shadow, and my traveling buddy for the last 12 years. Everyone who met her loved her. She had Dale wrapped around her little paw and was his outdoor and late night pal. My last experience was a disaster. My sweet 5 month old dog died under their care. She was perfectly healthy but the vet spaying her was not well trained. I understand she was terminated sometime after our Ellie died under their care. I suggest you be cautious/inquisitive in choosing the right veterinarian for your pet. We will never return to White Oaks West and will not recommend.
Our new puppy, Zucchini had contracted hemolytic anemia in 2006 after a rabies vaccination and would have died without Dr. Hurst’s care. Although that diagnosis means a shortened life for many dogs, we remember Dr. Hurst saying when we left the area in 2010, it was possible that Zucchini would see our daughter off to college. Today, she left for college and said goodbye to 13 year old Zucchini who is still in reasonable health. Thank you to Dr. Hurst and staff.
