After paying Neel hundreds to be told our dog probably had a brain tumor and needed a $1K scan with no explanation of why.... we found our way to White Oaks at the referral of a colleague. Dr. Smart was logical and explained how the test results led him to his diagnosis. He was respectful and didn't try to oversell anything. If you have an emergency this is not the Veterinary Clinic you want to go to. I raced to this hospital with my German Shepherd who was in very critical distress. I was told they had appointments and were very busy. I worked in a Veterinary Hospital for 10 years ( 15th Street Veterinary Group in Tulsa) and this is an unacceptable behavior by this pathetic Vet Hosp.
