The put up paid visitor parking,yet we pay for each vehicle. Ticketed everyNYE, despite my spot being taken, so I too got a ticket in Visitor's. Mgmt enters units without notice. You have to go to Landlord and Tenant board for the mold, the broken dishwasher for 7years now. Moldy washer and stinks. Replaced mycounter and now I have mismatched counters. This place needs to be investigated. Management is horrible. They send notices with incorrect information, enter units without notice, dont fulfill urgent work orders timely. Provide notices, after they entered to cover their tracks. I currently reside here, and it has been horrible from day 1. I've lived here over 3 years now and I am still awaiting repairs from when I moved in. Recently, they started PAID visitor parking. Imagine my own family paying to visit me. Shame on you homestead!
I am live in 1671 building, I have a problem with balcony windows since last month they are not doing anything, keep telling us excuses. I am attaching a photos as well Here, so disappointed with this manager. Bcz they are not solving problem at all.
