Horrible experience living here. So many problems. Stay away.
Not worth the price. Old and pending maintenance items everywhere. Heating bill will be insane. It runs on electricity and from one room it has to spread everywhere so keeps running.
Unfortunately the property managers have lost their touch on keeping this place clean and maintained. They're squeezing money out of their tenants rather than taking care of their tenants. Enforcing parking foe visitors? Parking lot has a lot of pot holes. Inside the apartment building things are falling apart. No proper up keep. Illegal dumping happening every night and they put up a fake camera.
