I'm not one to write reviews , but after repeated incidents at this vet clinic it must be said. The veterinarian is the rudest and most unprofessional human I have come across. The way he belittled his staff infront of me, yelling at one of the girls in patient room I was appalled. And this girl was exceptionally sweet. Not only was I uncomfortable but I felt awful for the way he spoke to her. She did absolutely nothing wrong but he was very condescending and downright rude. I take my cats to this hospital, the care from this place is the best I have seen anywhere, I have lived in many cities but the way Dr. Shahid treats his patients, it's inspiring. I have two cats, and I took them here from vaccination to anything they need care for. I would recommend anyone who loves their pets to bring them here as they treat them like their own.
Phenomenonal staff, very knowledgeable and very kind. My wife has been going here stone before she met me, and I'm very happy to say I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm so grateful for white Oaks and everything they have done for her, and now us, with our dogs. Dr. Nasir has been so kind, and incredibly helpful. I wouldn't recommend any other vet to anyone
I recently visited this clinic for the first time, and I wanted to share my experience. First, I want to say that all of the receptionists and veterinary staff I interacted with were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about both the clients and their pets.
