Not corporate, better attitude and better attention than in the fancy vet places.
This was one of the most disturbing and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with any medical-related practice. From the beginning, I felt like genuine concern for my dog came second to pushing expensive treatment plans and maximizing billing. Every interaction left me feeling unheard, dismissed, and manipulated into spending more money instead of being properly educated on reasonable options for managing my dog’s chronic condition. I recommend White Oaks Animal Hospital to everyone who seeks a veterinary. Dr. Nassir has been my vet for over 10 years. He is fantastic, patient, educational and respectful with all my choices I have made with my pets. All the girls that work there have also been fantastic and very helpful. I cant say enough good things about this clinic and staff!!!!!
