We had the heart breaking decision to make of putting our dog Trixie down yesterday and I wanna thank the staff for there professional caring assistance.
Very sad!! I just left with my dog that needed blood work. When I walked In a Tech (Diane) came over and said I'll take your dog in the back!! I asked why I can't go with Her!? The tech got an attitude and said I don't feel comfortable doing her in front of you!! Really!! Maybe you shouldn't be working with dogs then!!! If I wanted a stupid Tech I would have went to a school to have it drawn! Going somewhere else after this visit! And I wish You would to.
Very good doctors if you can get an appointment. 1 week after being seen by the vet, my dog was in so much pain that he quit eating. When I called for an appointment, I was told that nothing was available for 3 days and surgery had to wait for another 9 days. HELLO, he is suffering and stopped eating!!! They didn't care. I was told, " we'll call you if there are any cancellations." I went to another vet and was taken care of, including the surgery, in 2 days. Would never recommend that place.
