Gossip City These apartments are cheap because they are government apartments. The park has nails sticking out of the wood. The swings are loose and can break anytime. The windows in the laundry mat are broken. The neighbors all seem very friendly and will keep you company anytime you need it. You can't trust anyone. These people are living off of social security and have nothing better to do but gossip. It dose not matter if you do everything like your supposed to. Never thought I'd end up in such a place As a previous reviewer wrote, these people thrive on gossip. Never assume anyone is your friend; keep to yourself. If you do someone a favor they will stab you in the back and make up lies about you. Better to let them starve than try to help them. Management also spreads gossip instead of trying to find out the truth of the situation, even if she knows you well and realizes the gossip doesn't ring true. subsidized apartments These apartments are very cheaply priced because they go on income guidelines. You can't make over a certain amount of money or you don't qualify. There are so many drug , violence, vandalism problems in this community that it wouldn't be worth it to have your vehicle broken into numerous times. I'll make sure I stay far far away from here.
