my sister dr. retired and left no notice and no refills NOT GOOD!! AT ALL
RecommendedDr. Brown is amazing, and goes above and beyond for her patients! Finding a good psychiatrist, or anyone who treats you well within the mental health profession is a challenge, but I'm glad I finally found someone who cares! God bless all those who work at White Oak Psychiatry! 👏🏾🙌🏾
These people are horrible! Doctor was ok but front office manager Paul is a nightmare and total a**hole
The most unprofessional experience of. My. Life. These people have no sense of urgency or any sympathy or empathy for their patients. It is from the front office to the clinical side all the way to management. The practice is crumbling starting at the foundation. There is no accountability in management and that flows all throughout the staff. I would not ever recommend this practice to anyone. In fact I would discourage people from going there.
My doctor here is wonderful. He is calm and very sincere. I feel well cared for as a patient.
