Stay clear of this office. I took my son there for a couple of years and had some issues with one of their pediatricians response to my son having seizures after two separate visits, the second one required him to be admitted to Rex. I switched offices and they claimed he was never a patient there and destroyed all of his records including his vaccine records. RecommendedWe love Dr. Kasey Joyner! You can tell from the first meeting she cares for the overall health and well being of your child. She makes sure everything is addressed during your appointment and has you leaving the appointment with a sense of peace concerning the health of your child.
I absolutely love this place. I've been with them for years, 28 to be exact. Both my children and I have been seen here from Dr. Munt to Dr. Joyner. I'd refer them to anyone. You don't feel judged or pressured during visits, the bedside manner is respectful and humble. The staff are helpful and very much appreciated. You can say the realness is there, very understanding. Do not use this office. They violate the law. They will make your child’s medical records disappear and claim you were never a patient. If you insist on using them anyway, hang on to every receipt. I’ve been fighting them for years to get my sons records.
Landon Manis has been at white oak Pediatrics since the day he was born at Rex Hospital. Now he is in 3rd grade and 9 1/2 years old . Our Primary care doctor has always been Dr. Anderson. We love her but, we also love Dr. Mont and Dr. Downing. Thank you for always taking care of Landon and for the short wait times! 😊👍🏻👏🏻

My children have been followed at White Oak Peds since their birth (the oldest is 7.) I love the doctors. However, the front desk staff and billing departments are difficult to work with and it is incredibly cumbersome to schedule an appointment. The only reason that I have continued to be seen there is that my children are rarely sick and are typically only there 1-2 times per year. If you are in need of more frequent foliow-up, I would recommend you seek out another practice.
