I have been a patient of Eric Sawyer for many years his demeanor is a welcome change in today’s world he makes you feel heard and takes the time to listen.
I've never had a problem of getting in, or getting prompt treatment from White Oak Medical. Everyone I've interacted with, from reception to Eric, has been more than accommodating and pleasant. I'll go here until I can't go anymore...'nuff said!
Dr. Sawyer is telling disabled veterans with service dogs that the veteran can stay, but the dog will have to remain outside. This is a violation of the ADA! One day he is going to remove the wrong veteran and service dog and is going to be sued! You need to read the following review on what the law states.
Terra Kamp cares, she listens and acts immediately for me, and I can talk about more than one issue in an appointment!!!!

Have been with Dr Sawyer for many years. Thought Swansboro lost an awesome doctor when Swansboro Medical "sold out" to big business. So VERY HAPPY to have a family doctor with Family values back in our area.
I can’t say enough great things about this practice! I’ve been a patient for about 9 months and every encounter has been professional, kind, informative, and beyond helpful. Unfortunately, I come from a family with a fairly complex health record. Before I officially became a patient, Terra Kamp, NP-C was nice enough to stay after hours so that I could come by to meet her and assess whether or not it would be a good fit. Immediately, I knew it would be and I have yet to regret my decision. I absolutely recommend—100% ⭐️
