Looking at phone and driving swerving and tailgating drivers on Roe highway at 9:30 the 30th of March just before South Street. Not sure if there was a participant in the car but if there was oh my goodness putting someone else's life at risk as well as everyone else on the road you should not be a community care service provider.
Lack of communication within the company towards family. Very disappointing. Workers who came to look after family were constantly on their phones, not interested in caring for the family or giving the appropriate care. Very upsetting.

White Oak have supported our parents (both in their 90s) for more than four years with a home support package. During this time they have been outstanding, particularly case manager Cassie and carer Deb. We have been impressed with their constant professionalism, kindness, knowledge and support. Nothing has been too much trouble - even when requirements were changing almost daily. We have kept our parents together at home much longer than hoped, thanks to White Oak. A true gift!
