We will always be thankful for their generosity and kindness. My son is in rehab from pelvic surgery. His baseball team’s championship game was, this morning, at PNC Park. Because he is in a wheelchair, he needed an accessible vehicle. When White Oak E.M.S. heard we were struggling for a ride, they stepped up to the plate and safely transported him to and from the park. The EMT’s were super friendly and engaging and we really appreciate everything!
What unbelievably poor service my mother received from you. An 81 year old woman who couldn’t breathe and your unprofessional crew treated her like a rag doll. They pushed her down on the stretcher, scooped her legs up and threw them on the stretcher, and made horrible comments that she “wasted enough of our time”. Your people ought to be ashamed of yourselves. My mothers name was Toni Ringel she passed may 21, 18. I want to thank every one of the e.m.s people who provided services to my ma. She was with u guys since she broke her back til the end. You guys were always as gentle as possible with her in her condition and Especially on the rough days. I cant begin to tell you how much we truly appreciate you. So from me ma and the rest of the family thank you for everything you guys are awesome.

these guys saved my life today April 25 2017 after responding to my 911 call due to an anaphylactic reaction to a new medication. I was so scared and they were amazing, efficient and encouraging me to keep breathing slowly. I was actually suffocating upon their arrival. I do not have their names, but will get them and they have a treat in store...THANK SO MUCH
