Horrible customer service, horrible communication. The owner Ronnie calls the shots apparently, it takes months for him to make up his mind and the women in the office talk about how awful he is on that but use that as an excuse to be rude to customers. Blaming it on him, but go on to say he won't get on the phone or talk to customers in person to resolve any issues. Save yourself the headache and do not do business with White Oak Developers.

Horrible people to do business with. Each time I go I feel like I had a knife showed in my back. Stay away from them!!
