Went to White Oak and I was very impress with the professionals working there. They answer ever questions I had. Dr Nicole she was excellent.
This was my first time and the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. My hygienist did a great job.
My insurance company make this appointment for my crowns get done and 1 week is enough to find out if its covered or I have to pay. On my appointment day after I arrive they ask me to call my regular dentist to send my ex Ray and after they receive it they still do my ex Ray and after doctor check me and make me sit on waiting area and then they lady on the counter call me on the side and inform me that my deep cleaning is covered but for crowns I need to pay 4k????? This is bull.
