My first visit and it was a great. The facility was convenient and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Janovic was very personable, professional and efficient. I look forward to going again.

As always, Tara greeted me with a warm smile in the waiting area and shared that she was happy to see that I was on her schedule for the day. She asked me how I was doing and genuinely listened. They have no idea how to file insurance claims. I had two teeth pulled and paid the amount they quoted would be remaining after insurance. I have two dental PPO coverages, one from my work and one from my husbands. Over two years after the service was performed I get a bill for the balance stating insurance never covered any of the visit.
They have no idea how to file insurance claims. I had two teeth pulled and paid the amount they quoted would be remaining after insurance. I have two dental PPO coverages, one from my work and one from my husbands. Over two years after the service was performed I get a bill for the balance stating insurance never covered any of the visit.
They don’t know how to complete insurance paperwork. I had two teeth pulled and two PPO dental insurances. I paid what I was quoted at the office visit and over two years later I get a bill in the mail for the remainder because they didn’t file the claim right. I can’t go back and work with the insurance company because I only have two years to work the claim.
