An amazing company. Workers are clean and knowledgeable. Ownership is very attentive.
We contracted with White Oak for a complete remodel of a small cabin in Townsend. This property had not been very well maintained so there were plenty of surprises along the way. Bob and his team were always very upfront and transparent about any additional costs or impacts to our timeline if required. Horrible job. We were lied to, misleading info of their abilities and craft knowledge. They made many mistakes and charged us for them. They have no job management, budget management, or communication. We are left with a home we cannot live in, 100% of the budget wasted and then some. This started February 2021 fired December 2022.
