Very disappointing experience. I honestly wish I had read the reviews before scheduling my appointment, because my experience reflects the same issues others have mentioned. The front desk staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic empathy. Communication overall was poor, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. The doctor himself is very good however he needs to understand the wait times patience sit in his office is time we can be doing something else. This is very unacceptable Work on time management for your staff and patients. We have things to do with our lives instead of sitting in your office for hours when a appointment is scheduled for 11 am don’t have people sitting here waiting til noon and still are waiting to be seen. Who the hell does that????

They left me waiting for two hours and when I got tired of waiting and was about to leave, they called me and said it was my turn. I felt relieved because I was finally going to get through. When they finally passed me, they just left me in the room and I stayed there waiting for another half hour for the doctor!
