I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THE WHITE OAKS APARTMENTS FOR FIVE YEARS AND ITS BEEN A TOTAL WASTE. THEY HAVE CHANGED MANAGERS AT LEAST 6 TIMES AND NONE OF THEM HAVE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY ALL HAVE VERY BAD ATTITUDES AND TREAT THE TENANTS LIKE THEY DO NOT MATTER. I'M LIVING HERE ON A SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHERS AND I ALL WAYS HAS TO THREAT THEM TO THE SECTION 8 HOUSING.
