I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THE WHITE OAKS APARTMENTS FOR FIVE YEARS AND ITS BEEN A TOTAL WASTE. THEY HAVE CHANGED MANAGERS AT LEAST 6 TIMES AND NONE OF THEM HAVE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY ALL HAVE VERY BAD ATTITUDES AND TREAT THE TENANTS LIKE THEY DO NOT MATTER. I'M LIVING HERE ON A SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHERS AND I ALL WAYS HAS TO THREAT THEM TO THE SECTION 8 HOUSING. My son has been waiting on a ceiling fan since his May renewal. The Maintanance changing blinds was demanding to come in when my sons aid was not dressed. My son is a 25 year old paraplegic and in May when we renewed, his rent went up $90. He only gets $650 a month so that was outrageous considering the condition of the apts. I gave pictures when he moved in. Broken blinds, apt was never cleaned, carpet shriveled and not cleaned. This is for the Orchard apts connected to white oak.
