White Oak has helped my family go through the loss of a fur-baby, welcoming a new one, and so much more. Today especially they took wonderful care of my puppy, Beau, as he got fixed. They did a fantastic job as always and clipped his nails for free during the procedure. He was also microchipped and they were great at explaining the importance of it. I wouldn’t take my fur-babies anywhere else! Pictures below of Beau!

Not professional. Does not return calls. Awful bedside manner.

Business response:

Hello Ms. Crabtree, We apologize, but we are unsure of how to remedy this issue. We have searched our system and have not been able to find any records of you bringing patients here. We generally do call backs 2-5 days after your pet’s appointment, depending on the severity of the case. However, since we do not have any contact information nor a patient to reference, we would love for you to call us and give us a chance to answer any questions you may have. Thanks, White Oak Staff

I am so appreciative of the care and love that went into caring for my cat, Journey. Especially with making a very hard decision on Monday to send her off to the rainbow bridge. Thank you sooooo much. Thank you for the card I received today in the mail from all of you with her inked paw print. ❤️❤️❤️

We just moved to Fairview and were quickly welcomed by ticks that have taken up residence on our property (like most of TN as I’ve learned). My two pups were miserable almost immediately and the first place I called was White Oak. Stacy was so incredibly nice and listened to my worries and answered all of my questions. She set us up with a tick and flea treatment and reassured me our pups would be better in no time. Thank you for being so welcoming and kind! We look forward to many more visits at White Oak!

We have a dog who is aggressive towards the vet and White Oak helped us through the process of sedating him. They were so kind, understanding and caring. It's the only place we would ever think about bringing our pets.

The Dr. is mean and shows no compassion!! Didn't take a thorough examination of my Pomeranian ! Quoted $700.00 for additional blood work and abdominal ultrasound ?? She didn't need Ultrasound*** she had Surgery to remove a large mass with 3 small memory gland masses and a mass on her tail end plus got her neutered and teeth cleaning and a couple of extractions for $800.00. White Oak Sucks!!!
