Went for Easter Brunch after going last for Mother's Day Brunch. Was a little confusing and crowded when we arrived for our 12:00 reservation. We waited about 30 minutes or so. The selection and food and service were very good.
Terrible stay — would not recommend. During our stay, we witnessed two guests engaging in inappropriate sexual activity in the swimming pool within the spa facilities. This was clearly visible and continued for some time, making the environment extremely uncomfortable in what should be a shared, relaxing space. We reported this immediately. Staff later confirmed via CCTV that the incident had occurred and advised that the pool would be closed and cleaned, and that the individuals would be dealt with. Location is really great, peaceful, beautiful, close to amenities. Heated pool (outside) was really warm in cold March, sauna was one of the best, the whole place is cozy, well-appointed, classy. We did 4 friends in two rooms, everyone loved it. Loved the bar and restaurant area, very nice, cozy and fun. One thing, for rooms saying they face the parking lot for a view, do not let that discourage you. There are views on all sides, good ones of cliffs or mountains. Has a wonderful atmosphere. Food is A++++++! Buffet in n Sunday is spectacular. Love, love love this hotel! Have been staying here for over 25 years! Never disappoints!
