I’ve been coming to this eye care center for years, and I can’t say enough good things about it. Fifteen years ago, during the Christmas holiday when the office was closed, I had an emergency—my glasses snapped, and I was out of contacts. One of the doctors happened to check their voicemail, called me back, and went out of their way to meet me, providing free sample contacts. That level of care left a lasting impression. I called the snowflake office on Dec. 30, 2024 to make an eye appt. The receptionist was very condescending about my insurance, but I over looked it and went ahead and scheduled for Feb. 3rd. Today, Feb. 3rd I called to check on the time of my scheduled appt. The rude Ms. Burke repeatedly told me she did not have me on the schedule. But she did have my husband. I went over the conversation of the 30th of December with her. She still insisted that I had no appt. I will not be doing business with an office that has rude staff.... read more
