Dr White is EXCELLENT. Alliance front staff is Awful! That young lady needs to catch a breath and let PATIENTS talk before she interrupts them. She has little to no manners. In person you can actually hear everything that happens with every patient, including insurance problems. Good luck if you the office and she is the one answering the phone! She would easily tell you “leave a voicemail and the nurse MIGHT call you back” This medical office setting is not for that lady. Extremely rude!
I've been with this office since I've moved from Chicago, 10 years ago. Dr. White's office gets the job done. I have no complaints.
I’ve delivered two of my four babies with Dr. White. My oldest and my third child. During both pregnancies, I was being seen by another doctor for my regular OB visits. Dr. White happened to be the on-call for both births. With my oldest, I labored for 46hrs at home (not for lack of trying- I kept getting sent home) and 10 more in the hospital with an epidural.
