Such an unprofessional practice. I had a zoom meeting scheduled last Friday to go over time sensitive paperwork for my job. The meeting was for 4:40pm. I waited on that conference call for 30 minutes without her ever showing up. Therefore, I had to call back Monday only to be told she isn't in the office until Tuesday (today). What happened to this place the phone system is totally screwed up it is a real shame they used to be really on the ball no wonder the the Physicians keep leaving very sad the automated answering service is actually, comical you hit the prompt numbers that ask you for a mailbox number then you stay on the line and it hangs up on you every time I guess I'm going to Patient First
Pity there's no zero or minus zero rating. This place needs a minus 10 stars. Office and reception staff need to look for new jobs. Beyond rude, unhelpful, and downright, Nasty. No wonder all off there, decent staff left if this is what they had to deal with. My wife asked for a referral, which should have already been sent months ago for a different practice. The receptionist was rude from the get-go. It went downhill from there... absolutely, i will never ever ever recommend this practice
Who would let his patient wait in the examination room for 45 minutes. I watched an entire episode on my phone, and the doctor still didn't bother to come even though the nurse reminded her that there is a patient still waiting for her. No sense of professionalism. If you have some respect to yourself stay away. She will elevate your blood pressure and make things worse.
