I just completed a Kundalini workshop with Doreen. She is fun and enthusiastic. I left her class feeling happy and relaxed. If you are curious about Kundalini the White Lotus Yoga Studio is a great place to learn. Doreen is light hearted, and she is very good with working with all levels of students. Not only will you learn the physical practice, you will learn the theories that go along with it. I also have to say her music selection for class was a bonus. It just added a little extra special touch to our yoga practice.
This practice is crazy wonderful and so is Doreen! I look forward to every class because I know how good it will make me feel. Doreen teaches this high minded class with a down to earth attitude that makes it accessible for everyone. I guarantee that with just one class you will be hooked! ❤️
