Called around a few shops and even went to a couple in Toms River to check them out, and I feel White Lotus was the best by far. Friendly staff, very clean establishment and I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. Artist helped calm my first tattoo nerves and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.
