I have hired this company twice. The first time they did a pretty good job. However, the second appointment was for today at noon. I received a confirmation email yesterday, but no one has showed up to clean yet (it's currently 3:45). I have called multiple times and sent emails, and no one is contacting me.

Melissa and her team are professional, responsive and just all around amazing. They cleaned my Father's home so that I could put it on the market for sale. Melissa did a walk-through and we discussed what should be done. She was very agreeable and was not pushy at all, there were things that I didn't want to do so we left those off the list. Initially, I was not planning to write a review, each company has good and bad days, but they kept sending me review requests even after my request to not be contacted with this. In honesty, it’s obvious this is a young company with heart. Their passion is clear, but that doesn’t make a company great. Their system is so unnecessarily complicated that it seems like they aren’t exactly sure how it works.
